The X Factor doesn't produce acts like that.

She'll definitely be the next UK urban/pop act and may even get the chance to work with artists like Will.I.Am. Even if she leaves the comp tomorrow.

Not bad for someone who's been denigrated in the gutter press on a daily basis. She'd have walked this comp if the press had been on her side.

Let the Liverpuddlian Lampost or Mr Beige be stuck with the insipid Syco contract.

Yes, because when listening to music I need to see them dancing about or wearing colourful costumes.

Having said that, I do think CherL + some audio engineering wizards + studio time + flashy video = 1 good advert for a mobile phone company or some canned juice.
Once she turns 18 a 'Nuts' magazine scandal = 5 more minutes.

I prefer watching acts live, going to gigs ect..

So being able to perform is fairly important.

Lke i said, the insipid syco contract is better suited to the Liverpuddlian Lampost and Mr Beige.
