Anyone know any virus scanners for Mac's? I kinda wanna give my computer a health check

Apparently most people's Macs have Windows viruses sitting in their hard drive not able to do anything since its a different OS. I wonder if I have any lol.

Got mine sorted finally with bit defender ive given avg the boot for the time being i dont trust it at the moment.
And malwarebytes as suggested by josy is a great spyware remover thanks for that josy
