I enjoy debate most of the time, I dont like it when it gets personal or too heated though it wouldnt deter me I dont think

I don't mind when debates get a bit heated.... part of the passion sometimes for the subject matter and in the majority of times, I might not agree, but ultimately, I accept someone else has a different view and that's to be respected.

It's when it borders on 'insane' or obsessive to the point it's unhealthy, or just plain rude for the hell of it and being a pain in the arse - without any good reason - that's when I will dismiss. Some things are simply better ignored and treated with the contempt they deserve.
