Bad mouthing is saying something along the lines of, 'She's a slut', that's bad mouthing. Is she a slut? I have no idea therefore I wouldn't use such abusive language to describe her.

Opinion is saying that she is a talentless little girl, who wears too much slap, looks far older than her years, has real bad attitude. Not only is that opinion, a fair amount of it is fact.

You need to perhaps study a bit more.....since you clearly don't know the difference between what is opinion and what is abuse.
