"Although tea contains more caffeine than coffee (by dry weight), a typical serving contains much less, as tea is normally brewed much weaker. Besides strength of the brew, growing conditions, processing techniques- and other variables also affect caffeine content. Certain types of tea may contain somewhat more caffeine than other teas. Tea contains small amounts of theobromine and slightly higher levels of theophylline than coffee. Preparation and many other factors have a significant impact on tea, and color is a very poor indicator of caffeine content. Teas like the pale Japanese green tea gyokuro, for example, contain far more caffeine than much darker teas like lapsang souchong, which has very little."

All teas of the Camellia family have caffeine to some extent, its a naturally occurring chemical compound that is formed in plants. That includes red, white, black, yellow, green, post fermented, Kukicha and Oolong.

Yeah I was, But now I'm abit pissed I have and I'm actually starting to disbelieve everything I learnt from those films.

I'm going to question every scene the next time I watch it now.
What if you drank strong tea? Both have plenty of bloody caffine in them!!

Oh. It doesn't keep me awake though! I will try not to drink too much of it at night then. I usually have one in the afternoon and evening.
