No they are on the next season of The Challenge.
Original it was Leroy and Adam, but obviously Adam can't stay on a show longer than 10 minutes so Mike replaced him.
I don't know what Real World seasons you have seen but Jonna and Jasmine from Cancun and Ty from DC are on it as well.
