The black guy is a producer. many of the music you might love he might have produced.
4 judges, Steve and nicole will be presenting, like when American idol started with seacrest and someone else. Either nicole or steve might be dropped after a while. It should be nicole because her main priorities are a singing career and she might leave eventually anyway.

Can't see Nicole leaving personally. The main reason she wants to do it is so that she'll have a successfull career in America. So far her solo career has flopped over there and she's hoping by doing this that she'll get chart success. They will probably let her perform on the live shows too.
