Why are you using the fact that it's unrealistic and staged like it's some great conspiracy to fool stupid people into thinking they are watching a legitimate sport?
All those things you pointed out are not negatives. In fact it's what wrestling is. You may as well go to the Doctor Who threads to politely let people know that that is also staged, scripted and highly unrealistic.
