As far as simply managing a wrestler, company the booking etc great management games already exist for free online. Can't remember the name of the best one but it's updated with fresh mods for the current storylines like every month. I know people who obsess over it.

I've played that one it's pretty simple but really really addictive once you get into it

I use to play General manager mode on Smackdown v Raw for hours as well although you could complete the whole campaign fairly quick
