Some info on Downpour

Reading the latest Official Xbox Magazine brings even more details to the table from Silent Hill: Downpour. As we did before, we’re going to compile a list of all the new and relevant information so you guys can get it fast and easily. For a first look at new screens and the info, pick up the July OXM. . Rainstorms happen randomly when on the streets of Silent Hill.

. Some enemies can not be killed, only evaded.

. The Shade is the name of the black fog monster. No indication if this is an enemy type or one entity.

. Boarded doors can be opened with an axe.

. Murphy has limited stamina and can not run infinitely.

. 15-20 sidequests are available to choose from. Unlockable items come from completing them.

. Red jacket guy seen on the bridge in both E3 trailers is an ex-tour guide of Devil’s Pit. His name is J.P.

. The 2010 E3 trailer showed what many believed to be a “little person”. He is in fact a child.

. A disembodied voice speaks to Murphy.
