Sky Sports can confirm that Chris Hughton has met with Birmingham to discuss their managerial vacancy.

I'm sorry but that ain't gonna happen, of course the Premier League is tempting but Celtic are a top side and I think he would want to go to one of the top sides in England to show his potential?

Not sure like, yeah he's good but I've saw him plenty times last season and I wouldn't say he's worthy of a regular place in a top 6 side just yet, he could possibly use Newcastle as another stepping stone before moving up to someone like Everton or Arsenal.

I think he would be good at a place like Everton, Spurs or Liverpool. There were rumours United were interested in him before when the Evra leaving business was doing the boards but I didn't believe it.

Do Celtic get the CL qualifying place still? Or does 1st place in Scotland get the only CL place for them.

Sure it's just 1st place that is CL now as the system was changed, so I think Celtic are just in Europa League.

At the minute Newcastle are a better team to move to then Everton with their financial status they'll find it hard to attract anyone this year and it's not like they are playing in Europe or anything
