Doesn't surprise me.
Being honest I think every single area in Scotland has a large percentage of low-life, junkie scumbags.
I'm sure other people from Scotland on here will know what I'm talking about when I mention the programme called 'The Scheme' based in Kilmarnock, well they could easily have the programme for any area in Scotland.
Sad but true.
