I love this heat though. It actually feels like Summer now. It felt like we were in an extended Spring before that. I c'mon having to wear a hoodie around the house in June is not right.

It was actually 38 here in London back in '03. I was only 8 but I remember the heat and how everyone looked like they were gonna drop dead from it.

And yeah I don't think out roads are designed to cope with such extremes. They probably use a slightly different mixture of tarmac in hotter nations.
