I don't know who she thinks she is. It is illegal to take photographs (without permission) on private land, yes. If she's in public (ie the street) she has absolutely no right to say people cannot take photographs. It is NOT illegal and anyone can take snaps. That would include paps (plus who's to say if someones a pap or just an eager fan??)
