I think you need to study more on the dangers of smoking and it's effects on the body. Starting with the lips, throat, lungs and all manner of lung related diseases, heart, skin, veins, dvt, thrombosis,.... just for starters.
There are very few things more harmful in every possible way, but hey; don't take my word for it: have a little bit more research.
