Its the remains of the BB3 Garden. They made the garden smaller in 2003. It was there during BB5 too. Its just the remains of the BB3 Garden

I think the house interior was a third smaller but the garden's roughly the same size. That area with the vegetable patch was added during BB4 and you can see it's roughly the same size as the sectioned off BB3 bit
