You don't inhale them because the basic thinking is 1 cigar = 1 pack of cigarettes in nicotine amount so it gives you nausea, headaches, vomiting etc if inhaled. It's like lighting up a whole pack of fags and smoking them at once basically, ouch...

I detest the smell of them. When I was a kid and my uncle used to pop over to visit he smoked them and every single time I got a stomach ache from the smell. Very bizarre. They literally make me feel ill
