Yes they can.

There seems to be a lot of confusion over this...

It's not real! It's all scripted! I tell the Sims what to do and they do it, and then I put all the pictures I've taken into a highlights show.

I have seen these Sim big brother series before and I don't understand them to be honest lol I can understand forum big brother games, but the sims are fake people
