Has to be Dr. Cox. John C. McGinley steals the show out from under it's feet. It's an awful one on reflection though.

Zach Braff could only hope to make the term 'multi layered character' work as well and comes across as a genuinly dislikeable human being throughout the progressively worse and worse years of the show.
