Ruby has been more likeable recently, they can still have that mean streak in her but tone it down. Esther brings out the good in Ruby IMO.

What has happened to the character Nancy, her past roles were strong ones, especially around the time of Becca etc, she was sensible,level headed and quite dramatic at times, now she is like the clown of Hollyoaks, silly lines and rather weak storylines to play too.
