There's kindof two flaws of this - a lot of the time, the people who are up for eviction are there because they're doing something that creates animosity, and there isn't a "bore" in either of the nominees.

Second thing is the perception of entertainment. For example some people love the idea of a showmance and it's the only reason they tune in while some just detest it. Some people love how disabled housemates make their way through the house and how the other housemates cope with it while other people find it dire. Also with a housemate like Rex from BB9, some may think he's a bully and find it uncomfortable to watch while some may find him a ledgend.

So yeah, it's a great idea on paper but never really one thats 100% agreeable IMO.
