It can and will still be able to evolve from taking it back to the great idea it is and learning again the best elements from the earlier series, then with refreshed and new ideas it can then evolve to something far more entertaining for many years to come.

It's a reality show dude, there's no need to ******ing add Benny Hill over a task every week or have the Super Mario Theme or whatever playing when someone is crawling in the grass etc

Sorry but having some silly old tune playing over last year's Super Hero task did not send anyone into bursts of laughter - having some one liners come out of Corin and John James was alright without having tunes played over it.

Same goes for Evictions.

We do not ******ing need 'Hips Don't Lie', 'Who Let The Dogs Out' or some Example song blasted over every eviction - it does not create atmosphere it kills it, it's not reaching out to a new generation - who are they trying to attract by playing Dizzee Rascal's Holiday over an Eviction? The best chavs Britain has to offer?

I agree the show needs to evolve, but it can do that and stay away from music.

The only time music should be played on BB is:

1. The VTs/Best Bits
2. The Alarm
3. A Party

I tend to agree that the show has to evolve and has to attract the younger teen and early twenties audience. Shame it has to be dumbed down so much but thats just the way things are now thinking for yourself and making youre own mind up is not encouraged much better if people just take what is spoon fed to them easier to control. As last week proved it doesnt work but we are where we are.

I think they definitely stepped up their game from 2009 - what a train wreck.

It's like the producers fell asleep that Summer and woke up again once they heard it was the final series.

But they went over kill.

They sent the housemates out to the crowd to sing or dance or something every week because when Ben did it for the first time - it was funny, so they played on that and it got boring.

They basically ignored the other housemates at one point and just showed Josie and John and Ben for the majority of the Highlights and Live Feed was always on them two bastards.

Then of course we have Phil Edgar Cock - who ruined the best final we could of had in the history of the show.

Sam, Corin, Josie and John would of been a great and unpredictable final - but no.
PEJ had to make a quadruple eviction a vote to save and kill the whole series in one night.

And then we have of course the gimmicky launch - and the horrible housemates that they picked from a pretty awesome short list.

The producers ruined BB11 - but then the horrible housemates didn't help much either.

The show needs to go back to it's BB5-BB7 days.

To be fair to "Phil Edgar Cock" the fans (on this forum especially) were always screaming about votes to save. Then when he does it, he's slated.

That just proves my own opinion that it's whatever voting system you feel serves your favourites the best. People bang on about fair and more effective voting yet they're game for any way of voting as long as it saves their favourites.

Thanks for the news flash Captain Obvious.

It can do that yeah, the golden days were awesome - but it can evolve too, it can't stay the same forever.

And any hope of the show going back to the 'Golden Years' of 2004 - 2006, was killed today when Live Feed was axed.

Maybe next year.

What are you on about?

He never did.
That's what killed the final.

If he had of made it a vote to save on his stupid quadruple eviction, I promise you now that:

JJ, Steve, Mario and Andrew would of been evicted that night and Dave, Josie, Corin, Sam and John James would of been in the final.

**** the teeny boppers. It should be an ADULT show. From BB1 to BB6 I would say it was aimed as an ADULTS show. They should't even put a teeny bopper in as a housemate unless they are quite mature and have a strong head on their shoulders. Like Cairon BB10. He seemed a bit older than 18.

I've got a feeling that they will lure us into a false hope with the Celeb one and make it pretty decent. Then when the normal one comes it will turn it Only Way Is Essex, highly edited pure cringey trash.

Facepalm.

They're aiming the show at a new generation Beastie, that doesn't mean they can't still have Sex and do what they did in BB5/BB6.

It's not as if British Teens haven't seen worst these days, let's not try and act all high and mighty now.

Its still gonna be an adult show. BUt they will probably dramatize the editing a little bit more. It doesnt mean that people will be acting, its just gonna be edited in such a way. Lets face it, the old BB fans, are gone, BB barely had any viewers. The die hard fans wont like it, but the people who like shows like Jersey shore, the hills etc, will probably like this type of format, and it might get more viewers.

But theres a difference in it evolving and turning it into some staged ****ty show that is far away from the whole concept of the orginal BB.

The old concept worked so well, BB only failed when they tried messing with it. This was a chance to take it back.

If you all think it will fail, why the sigs? Why the backing it? You know they are going to change a lot of things with it. It isn't reality like some of you say anyway.

They told us they'd take it back to basics..... What they're really doing is taking BB11 and times the ****ty cheesy stuff by 10

My excitement has plummeted in pretty much the last hour.
