Pure messing about - definitely can't see anything happening. Lucien's clearly just being flirty rather than truly wanting something I reckon, and with Amy I don't think she'd show she's interested even if she was.

It looks like he was kidding with the crying. I think he is 19 and might have a little crush. I don't think there is any manipulation by the network in this case.
