I agree with everything you have said, the editing is amateurish. Even if they editing was better is would still be a improvement. The worst editing is on BOTS ... it is udder crap.
I was a bit happier with today's episode because it did show some of what was happening I the house but the name tags and flash backs feel like they are catering to children. I don't even mind when they chop up the tasks a bit and what not to show the highlights since there can be a lot of down time during tasks. I understand they are going for the "casual viewer" audience but that is not what BB is about.

One of the main things I miss is the little quips from Marcus saying a housemate is say "in the bathroom" and it is just a HM looking at themselves in the mirror or fixing their hair or something random then it cuts back to the rest of the house. It was the random dry humor that reminded you that you are watching people who don't really think they are being watched.
