Nowhere near as interesting as Sally her conversations with Paddy have been one of the best things about watching the HL shows so far

How would you know. Lucien is being fake and trying to make a romance happen just so he gets more air time. I bet Bobby and Sally have loads of interesting intellectual conversations which we don't get to see.

Obviously we have different opinions. How would I know? How would you know he's being fake? It could be completely genuine. I doubt it, but it could be.
