Lol he means (put it rather badly) that he is 16, but has the voice and Physical build of a twelve year old.
Care for a go Charlie??? EDIT: Never mind, don't bother Charlie. I don't need to here about how pointless, childish or "baffling" my thread is. Anyone pleasant care to try??
