Sorry am I that bad, I'm going for a run soon, get the air into my lungs and feel the benefits of my hard work, hopefully it'll make me more positive......maybe

Today really felt like Autumn and tonight especially. I'm sat here writing with some soothing music on, a French vanilla scented candle gently embering in its jar and the window open to let the the breeze in. I can hear the wind in the trees and it smells like autumn.
