Those are just some of the negatives, though - with a particular accentuation on red meat. There's a lot of positive involved, too.

That's totally fine. It's normal to get worked up in a debate! I don't agree, though, on the fact that meat is bad - because there's a lot more positive than negative involved - but it's your opinion and I'm not gonna change that. It's a free country. You do what's best for you.
