I think the reason for that is more because of the way C5 seem to be trying to hide the fact that happened more than anything else.

The only reason it continues to be a discussion point - is that each ex-hm is being asked about it - as they leave the house. I suspect this is one subject that will be banging about for quite some time. People simply want to know the truth - and why Jay has been protected.

Given that voting costs money: It's entirely understandable that those voting would be unhappy about all of this being hidden - covered up.

If it has been dealt with by Big Brother, there was no fuss from the other housemates or the majority of the housemates then I think the matter should be left alone.

If this is all true should he have been punished? Yes. But clearly us harping on and on about it isn't making the slight difference as 1. Channel 5 don't listen to us and 2. Jay's still in the house weeks after the incident occurred.

It's disgusting, it's vile, it's completely ludicrous but personally, I don't want to spend my day discussing someone else's s***.

Exactly whatever happened wasnt broadcastable and was dealt with i think some people wont be happy until they get a slow motion close up of a big brown cigar actually coming out of his anus.

is there any more information then 2 x-HM's saying "he crapped in the freezer" ? any details beyond that? Any context? If that is all there is then I would not be quick to make judgement based simply on a lack of information. It sounds like something a bit too high profile to have been able to be completely edited out of the show. I think there is more, (or less) to this story. Maybe the whole thing is made up and Jay or someone else told everyone Jay put **** in the freezer and he never had. Without more information I leave the situation "innocent until proven guilty".

As far as I am aware there was mention of it by 2 x-HM's, besides that there has only been user-forum blow up, but still no proof beyond word of mouth?

But have any of them said they SAW it happen or just said that "it happened" Everyone should know seeing isn't even believing, Jay may have just pulled a prank on the girls knowing they wouldn't examine the contents of the freezer.

Someone will just have to ask Jay when he comes out because if he did it he would admit it.
