Fair play to them, they didn't have to do it. And I really like the way Alex took the news, I think she genuinely wanted them to buy food with the money

I agree - she brings a lot of fun to the house - and we're getting so see more of that - as well as her getting on very well with most of them.

I bet her mum probably had tears in her eyes watching that tonight. She's a smashing housemate and a lovely lassie all round.

Yeah nice gesture....and if I were Alex I would be totally in awe of the gesture...but FFS this is a third of the food budget....wouldnt you be saying and insisting that you totally love the gesture but 'lets get real'....and despite the 'banana showdown' last week at least it is a food source!!!... Had anyone else wanted hair extensions taking up such a huge porportion of the shopping budget it may have been a different case.The only people who would quite rightly not questioned it would be Aaron Harry and Anton who were all up to manipulating the food shopping last week.
However the Jay and Aden never said a word.......funny that!!!

Don't worry J, some folks only relate to others through friction and stress. If there isnt any they get confused as to what a HM is doing to 'deserve' their place.

Alex entertains ME every episode by making me laugh, and there are obviously a ton of folks out there that get her as well.

I'm not an Alex fan at all, but I think it must have been very stressful being in there on tv with her extentions degrading.

It's lovely that some of the others gave up their allowance to help her out.
