It seemed to me that Aaron had been ignoring Faye or at least half-heartedly talking since she said maybe that should wait until they get out to continue their relationship. Cause when she then later told him she really liked him, and it was hard for her to actually said, he just said 'ok'...

She was trying to get herself involved in the convo in hope he would talk properly to her, that is all. Not rude.

Yes but youre blowing it out of proportion. She was trying to engage in a casual convo to Aaron to make sure things were smooth, her intention was not to be rude.

I think thats an idea and it made her paranoid and thats why she then later admitted (once again ) that she really liked him and when he only said 'ok' it furthered her paranoia and so just tried jumping into a normal convo with him to make sure things were not awkard or anything.
