If you received an organ to save your life, would you like to meet the donor's family? Or prefer them to remain anonimous? (if not your family, obviously)
I'm actually not sure if I'd like to know or not. I might find it a bit freaky :/ I just saw a programme and by accident a donor met the person who had recieved her daughters heart. It was pretty uncomfortable and heartbreaking ![]() |

As a recipient of an organ I would like to be able to thank the donor's family for the chance of good health they have gifted to me.
As the donor's family member I would like to know that my loved one had not died in vain, but had given life and hope to someone else. I would not want constant contact, just the knowledge of who it was.
