Not sure if Jay is bisexual (or gay) but I get the impression if Louise turned him down and Tom was offering to perform a certain sexual act on him, he'd say yes and think nothing of it and go back to women when he's out. He's narcissistic and would flirt with a gay bloke if that's what was on offer.
Jay I think would be more likely to sleep with Tom than Aaron would, actually I reckon.
