It's because when you reach a certain age in the wrestling biz, the least likely you are to get booked for appearances (as a woman)... hence why they're trying to stay as close to or below 25 as possible!

Apparently Jem got signed by the WWE last year but soon got released and didn't even make it to the training/development territory (where you go before you go to the main roster, Florida Championship Wrestling), maybe her age was something to do with it?

Or maybe they spent more than five minutes in her company?

She couldn't get a work permit
