Aaron acted a bellend and it's winding Jay up no end that aaron isn't even arsed about the present thing anymore but is still making out jay did the gift for bad reasons. Jay's emotions in the diary room were not those of somebody who just got busted, rather of someone deeply frustrated with someone who thinks something bad of jay but won't listen to any reasoning.

Jay probably gives two ****s what Aaron thinks. It's the fact that the viewers believe and vote for Aaron that's causing Jay to break down. I don't see how anyone in the house couldn't assume Aaron is 'doing things right' when the viewers make him the top vote getter each time he is up. If Aaron dislikes him, you know a ton of people that follow Aaron will dislike him. Jay's scared that he's going to leave the house a bad guy.
