I skimmed most of it. Does is say that BB can change the rules whenever they feel like it ?

I recall finding them years ago and thought how completely useless they were !!!

The fact that they have reams and reams of rules: and have one chucked in there saying "BB can change the rules at any time".... they aren't worth a fig.
