I've been under General a few times and I say with absolute certainly: I have no recollection of anything apart from "how are you fee.............." "Count from 10 back.... 10 9............................"

then "Hello, Hello, your back in your room" then feeling like a bust ball and gagging for a cuppa.

Great way to 'go' all the same.

Same here, when I had a 10 and a half hour op, and remember nothing until coming round. During op, nothing.
