Some of the awards are bogus. Just look at last year for example where Rose got MVP when there were at least 5 players with better stats and Kobe got in all defence team instead of Wade even though he got abused all year.

Wade should also have got regular season MVP in 07-08 not to sure which one where he toped scoring averages and had better stats than Lebron but they stilll gave him the MVP cause he was the media goldenboy

As i have said many times and will again it is a lot easier to post up great stats and play to your absulute peak when you have GOAT and HOF players with year in year out

Kobe was the BEST perimeter defender in the NBA in his earlier twenties.
