I've only been writing reviews since halfway through 2010 so I can't have much authority on it - but one of the first I wrote, Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, is probably the best I've heard. I'll do a review of 2011 nearer the end of the year, but none of this year's match that for me.

How much does music actually have as an impact in your life?

I'm not really sure. I hate when some people go around randomly blurting "music is my life" because they're usually teenage girls and it doesn't really have THAT much of an impact on your life. However since reviewing is a career I want to get into, and since it's my main passion, I guess quite a bit. I have personal songs, I relate lyrics to real-life situations, I spend 50% of conversations moaning about bad music and I always listen to the iPod when I go out (and invariably imagine myself in music videos )

Where would you like to be in your life ten years from now?
