Default Another Act Confirmed for the Final...

Westlife will perform on The X Factor final, it has been announced.

The Irish group, who announced that they will split up after completing their 2012 tour, confirmed their appearance via their official Twitter page.

"We are excited to announce that Westlife will be performing on @TheXFactor final this Sunday11th December on ITV1!" a message on the feed confirmed.

Singer Mark Feehily yesterday tweeted: "Better start warming up my vocal chords for Sunday night."


Westlife join previously confirmed guests Coldplay, Leona Lewis, Michael Bublé, JLS and One Direction.

A regular act on The X Factor, Westlife have appeared numerous times throughout their career, also duetting with JLS in the 2008 final.

Amelia Lily, Little Mix and Marcus Collins will compete to win The X Factor this weekend, live from Wembley Arena, on ITV1.

Oh I was expecting something better... it's almost guaranteed, even when they do eventually finish completely, that they will be on the X factor performing
