Not what I was expecting, but it makes sense. TBH, I have a tough time getting into having to slash someone a dozen times with a High Frequency Blade, but I know it wouldn't be much of a challenge if you could kill people in one swing. I guess I'd rather have challenging sword fights than need to slash someone over and over? But then that would just make Raiden seem only slightly more skillful.
