It is fixed. Look at the way HMs changed, early years had real people now, one hears, an agent is essential. I auditioned in Glasgow two years back and did quite well, yet on Opening Night only 3 out of 80 had been in my group, mathematically impossible. Yes the producers DO have an agenda and a bias.
