Yeah true but people make wrong decisions in life and things can spiral out of control.

Life is not black and white like you are making out.

Yes but in true fashion for those such as Denise: they will always manage to apportion blame onto someone else and absolve themselves of all any any wrong doing. Possibly because their brain is so addled.

The way Michael dealt with her last night, was calm, rational, and completely serene and in control - as he left her to her drunken rant. Even those who may not like him, surely must have felt some respect for the manner in which he handled a drunken, ranting, rabid hag.
