I think it is cruel to describe her as ugly. I do not fancy Natalie but no-one is perfect and most people are hypocritical slating other peoples looks, when i'm sure most people have had their moments where they are not happy with their overall look before.

She has an overbite which doesn't help,she could have it corrected but it's a pretty big operation so perhaps she doesn't want that,but her looks don't bother me,but her personality leaves a lot to be desired,have been really disappointed in her so far.

Yes, that's a fair comment, people can have ugly personalities, but to comment on a persons look is cruel IMO.
