Nope they werent in front of natalie when she said it, they couldnt even hear her and its not 'belittling' them to say you want them to go next. It doesn't matter if they were next to her or not, she stated they were arrogant which is putting them down by bad mouthing them on national live tv, which is the very thing she had a problem with Michael about. She's a bloody hypocrite and just as arrogant as the twins by thinking she had a given right to still be in the house over the twins. I would go as far as to say it was worse than the michael situation because she was saying it behind their backs whereas michael had the guts to say to denises face exactly what he would have said in the diary room.
