If you're not happy, and it sounds that you're not, it's natural that you will 'go back' or retreat to a time when you did feel happy, which is when you we're younger. But it's important to keep a perspective too, you can't remain a child forever. You have to deal with who you are now and work out how to adapt to the present and your present difficulties.
