I feel bad for Denise because it seems she doesn't understand what she did was wrong, but it was very inappropriate. If one of the men had done that it would be considered abusive to some and they'd be removed.

..as long as people feel bad for her, she won't accept she has a problem. She did wrong and she should be MADE to understand it
