I stand by my opinion that calling a crowd "pathetic" because they want to express their dislike for someone's vile behaviour is, erm, yeah. Moving on.

Did he say she broke down because of the reception? Um, thought not. She's a highly emotional person anyway, so it could have been over a number of things.

They should close the door to the pod as soon as it's clear the crowd are too rowdy.

If you read the op properly you will see I said if they want to boo then fair enough, I knew Nicola was coming out to boos anyone with a brain did, it was during the interview I found the crowd to be pathetic.
