it was a pm replying to a question Pyra, that Jamie set the two of us, I have tio say that to be fair to him. Nonetheless, it was a lengthy quiz that we had to do in the first place to win the award, and as I have said ad nauseum, lol, I spent hours on it, cos I wanted to win. It probably came down to a matter of seconds between the two of us replying by pm.

Come on guys, as the one running this, Jamie has put the most effort into this and this is all very unfair on him.
Kate, I understand you have put a lot of effort into this and your frustration...it's always unfortunate when something comes down to a tiebreaker...but it happens, its life and you know that, I'm sure.
Jamie has tried his best to make this fair, the result doesn't perhaps reflect the time involved for each contestant....but that's quite often the way it is with this type of thing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not disputing the quiz outcome, my grievance is how it was decided. Salman deserves the award for his efforts in the quiz, but I would much rather have been beaten by one point in that than lose the way I did, in a speed round, which by the way was never mentioned originally, cos had I known that I wouldn't have entered in the first place, as I can never respond to pms quickly, even on a pc, as I use the library ones and they are so slow.

I have any right to reply to any thread. I happen to enjoy reading the comps, seeing the questions seeing how folk get on, etc.

I am perfectly entitled to put up feedback and my feedback to you Salman, is that Jamie may possibly learn that going around calling the people who takes part in his competitions, 'sore losers', is not the way forward. It's insulting and well as completely ignorant.
