I actually like #1 most because its more interesting although itd be better, or at least more 'manly', if you looked at the camera and not the 'omg my lamp shade is so hawt eeeee' pose

If youre going with #2 or #3, go with the latter.

You're a good looking guy. The first pic is a bit Sam Pepperish, the second a bit Spock though, the way the hair falls, third is definately the best of the three.
